GXMUCS Delegation Visit Radboud University Nijmegn
Dec 2nd -5th, 2014, a delegation led by Professor Zhou Nuo, Vice President of Guangxi Medical University Dean of College of Stomatology, Professor Liao Hongbin, Deputy Dean of College of Stomatology paid a goodwill visit to College of Dental Science, Radboud University Nijmegn Academic Centre for Dentistry, Amsterdam.
On Dec. 2nd, our delegation paid a visit to College of Dental Science, Radboud University Nijmegn was warmly received by Dean Jansen. The two sides exchanged views on talent cultivation, exchanges among teachers, academic collaborations so on, presented a vision for future development of bilateral cooperation. After the meeting, accompanied by Dean Jansen, our delegation visited their teaching base, experiment center clinical departments.
This is our first visit to College of Dental Science, Radboud University Nijmegn after Dean Janse gave lectures in our college last year for the first time. Ever since we sent the first visiting scholars to Netherlands, bilateral exchanges have been increasingly frequent we offcially became friendly colleges last year. This year, we initiated the postgraduate exchanges program with College of Dental Science, Radboud University Nijmegn sending students to our college for visit exchanges. We also plan to send postgraduates to Netherlands at the beginning of next year aiming to further expthe depth breadth of bilateral cooperation.
During the visit, our delegation also visited UV University Amsterdam conducted a friendly talk with Professor Frank Lobbezoo, deputy dean of Academic Centre for Dentistry, Amsterdam. The two sides exchanges views on training of students young teachers academic cooperation laying a sound foundation for further cooperation.
This visit has yielded fruitful result by enhancing friendship deepening exchanes cooperation with the two colleges. We have achived our goal by reaching consensus on teachers student’s exchanges, talent cultivation cooperation research, accelerating the process of building our college into an international research-oriented one.
